Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was ideal for a couple like us looking for a place to crash after long days exploring NYC. The rooms were just what we needed, but a bit on the small side, and not exactly like the pictures. The service was extremely friendly and the staff was kind and caring, especially when I had to cancel the reservation. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Manhattan, but it could get noisy. The dining experience was great, especially the croissants and coffee. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel had a great location near Times Square and Hell's Kitchen, with friendly staff and a nice ambiance. However, the room felt cramped and lacked storage space, and the dining options left much to be desired.
The hotel had efficient service and a fantastic location, but the rooms were a bit cramped. The dining options were limited, and there were some complaints about the behavior of other guests in the common areas.
I felt right at home in our twin room at the Millennium with a view of Times Square for the same price with way bigger rooms. The hotel's perfect location made exploring the theatre district so convenient. Although the room had some smell and very stained carpets, it was comfortable overall. The service was lacking with unfriendly staff during the morning rush everyday at breakfast. The dining options were limited, and the offered apology was not sufficient. The hotel's facilities were average.
The hotel has a great location near Times Square and Broadway, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms, though small and not as clean as expected, had two beds. The service was a mix of pleasant and modern encounters but marred by a lengthy check-in process. The dining options were average, with some complaints about the quality for the price. Overall, it's a decent choice for the location and some service hiccups.
The hotel is perfectly located right in Times Square, making it a great spot for exploring the city. The rooms were small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the water during our visit. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the Hotel Manager who went above and beyond. The dining experience was not the best, with delayed opening times and a limited breakfast selection. The hotel's location is its strongest suit, ideal for experiencing the vibrant NYC vibe.
The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the theatre district and very close to Times Square. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. The service was a mix of challenges at check-in but redeemed with helpful staff during the stay. Dining options could be better, offering limited choices for breakfast. The price was reasonable, but additional unexpected charges marred the overall value.
The hotel had basic rooms that were a bit small, but they had all the necessary things for a stay. It was quite loud outside the room. The staff was helpful and kind, especially Mamuca, who assisted us with language and provided a lot of information. The location was fantastic, very close to Times Square. The dining options were of adequate choice but rather pricey. The facilities were decent, suited our needs overall.
The hotel's rooms were what is to be expected in Manhattan - extremely small but well-appointed. They lacked facilities and even a glass for tap water at 1 am. The rooms were small, sparse, with dirty carpets, little storage, and limited amenities. The hotel location was wonderful, close to everything, the subway, and with a very attractive lobby area. The dining experience varied from very good and filling to poor, with a disappointing free offering.
I was lucky to get a free upgrade to a twin room, but I wouldn't choose this room for my family as it was small, unclean, and noisy with zero wardrobe space. Living out of our cases was inconvenient, and the old, single-glazed windows made it hard to sleep due to street noise from the hotel's prime location next to Times Square. On the positive side, the hotel's staff was welcoming and easy to deal with.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and disappointing aspects. The rooms were small but always clean and updated, ideal for a quick stay. The service was attentive and helpful, making my experience smoother. The location was great for Times Square, although some inconveniences with overcrowding affected the overall experience. The dining options were average but reasonably priced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel could have been more welcoming and warm but overall was clean and comfortable. The service was awful and unhelpful at times, overshadowing the other positive aspects. The location was great for accessing key attractions, but unexpected charges were a downside. The dining experience was basic and overpriced, with little in the way of apology for any inconveniences. Facilities were decent, but nothing exceptional stood out.
The hotel lacks traditional room amenities and space for clothes, but the service is exceptional, especially from the Hotel Manager. The location is convenient for Times Square access, despite some crowded areas. The dining experience can be improved, and the facilities are decent.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with a king-sized bed, just like the picture in the advertisement. However, I did face some issues with the hot water and lingering charges. The proximity to Times Square was amazing, with easy access to various attractions, though the 'mandatory' charges were a downside. The dining experience had its ups and downs with confusing voucher systems but the Bernese sausages were a standout. Despite some hiccups, the friendly and accommodating staff made my stay more pleasant.
The hotel rooms were above average with some updates and very clean, but showing signs of age with draftiness and noisy surroundings. The service had a rough start with a difficult check-in but improved with helpful assistance for sightseeing. The location was a mix of average and superb, offering convenience to Times Square and theaters but with unexpected extra charges. The dining options were decent but relatively expensive and limited. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows.
